The details: We have a wood basement. During a huge rainstorm June 28,2020 the downspout on the SW corner of our house was washed right off. The downpour of water seems to have created a cavity along the west side of the house. The problem was only observed later. Water build-up (?), shifted soil (?) or whatever (?) appears to have pushed in the basement wall at that corner (again not realized right away). Estimate required.
