This homeowner in Winnipeg was experiencing water seepage due to the cracks in their foundation. A crew from Blue Maxx Basement Systems was able to get out to the home, seal the cracks and help solve the homeowners problem!

Homewoner was experiencing cracks in foundation, the BlueMaxx crew installed Delta-Ms to direct any possible water.

Homeowner was experiencing wetness on carpet in some spaces as well as water coming in on the one wall. We stripped the wall down to the original frame, installed WaterGuard Port and Drainage System, and added the CleansSpace Wall System to redirect any possible water

Our BlueMaxx crew had to core an access wall to enter crawlspace and transformed it into a dry organized crawlspace with CleanSpace

For best results the sump should always be located in the lowest area of the slab.  A SuperSump was installed on this project and will able to handle unwanted water for years to come.
