Cleanspace and SaniDry installation in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
This homeowner in Winnipeg was experiencing water seepage due to the cracks in their foundation. A crew from Blue Maxx Basement Systems was able to get out to the home, seal the cracks and help solve the homeowners problem!
Instead of making several attempts to repair a foundation wall crack, why not make a single permanent repair that’s guaranteed never to fail?
For best results the sump should always be located in the lowest area of the slab. A SuperSump was installed on this project and will able to handle unwanted water for years to come.
For this wet basement, our crew dug a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement. A bed of small stones is laid down and the drain is laid on top. After a sump pump pit is installed, a discharge line is run from the pump to the outside. That way, any water that may come in will be pumped out and the basement will stay dry.
Homeowner called us looking for a solution to the water-seepage occurring in her basement.
We removed and replaced her stairs, installing a waterproof vapor barrier on the walls. Then combined with our perimeter drainage systems, tucking into the wall flange to direct any water entering the basement walls into the drainage systems.
