I didn't have to spend too much time away from work, he was very efficient.
The process of how they were going to do the job was easy to understand, and everyone has been very pleasant to talk to.
The installation crew did a great job, we are very happy with the outcome. They were efficient and friendly.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my half-basement and crawlspace. Even the plants out front that had to be moved were carefully moved and then placed back where they were.
What made you choose our company:
Basement Systems is a name I came across years ago, when I was trying to improve my crawlspace. I didn't have much money, but we did the best we could with the knowledge we gained from the website and literature. Another reason is that the BlueMaxx Basement Systems staff have been respectful and return calls in a timely manner (email is a wonderful thing!)
